In addition to offering and supporting the operation of the MTPD, the sponsoring non-profit organization maintains the MTPD Charitable Fund. Families who lack sufficient funds to open an account with the MTPD may apply to the MTPD Charitable Fund for a grant to assist the funding of an MTPD account for a family member with a disability.

Donations to the MTPD Charitable Fund are tax-deductible charitable contributions. Checks should be sent to the mailing address of the MTPD.

At present, no grants are available from the MTPD Charitable Fund for new accounts. Notice and application information will be provided on this Web site when grants become available in the future.
